Most people who call a therapy practice are calling on their worst week and have already talked themselves out of it twice. What happens in those first four minutes decides whether they ever arrive.
Intake here means real clinical adjacency: matching a caller to the right clinician out of a large team, holding the ones who are not ready yet, and knowing when a call needs to go straight to someone licensed.
