The Trinity Holistic Healing

Yoga & Mindful Movement

Yin, Restorative, Kundalini, and Tantric yoga with two certified teachers. Movement shaped around healing rather than performance.

Yoga at The Trinity is taught one-to-one and in small settings by two certified teachers: Heather Strickland, an advanced 500-hour registered yoga teacher, and Vannah Hughes, an RYT-200 certified teacher with years of tantric practice. These are not fitness classes. Every session is shaped around what your body and nervous system need, from full-support stillness to breath-driven awakening.

Movement practice pairs naturally with the counseling and holistic care the practice is known for: it helps trauma leave the body, teaches the nervous system to downshift, and rebuilds a kind relationship with your own physicality.

Styles offered

Four practices, one intention

Every style below is available as a private session, matched to your experience level, absolute beginners included.

  • Yin Yoga, long-held and fully supported floor postures that release deep connective tissue and quiet the mind
  • Restorative Yoga, props and blankets and stillness, the closest a practice gets to guided rest
  • Kundalini Yoga, breath and movement and mantra to awaken energy and build resilience
  • Tantric Yoga, for couples seeking deeper presence, connection and intimacy together

Yoga as therapy

There's also an eight-week intensive outpatient program

If you're drawn to yoga because of something you're carrying rather than something you want to get better at, Vannah runs an eight-week integrative holistic behavioral IOP at Cosmic Yoga Collective, with psycho-education and clinical care alongside trauma-informed processing yoga, somatic movement and breathwork, with separate tracks for PTSD and for anxiety and nervous-system dysregulation.

It's covered by most major insurance, with benefits verified before admission.

A plain-language note before you book: this is a healing and wellness session, not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical care, and it is not provided under a clinical license. It supports healing alongside clinical care and never replaces it. For therapy, visit our Clinical services; for medical care, our Medical wing. The doors are separate on purpose.
