The Trinity Holistic Healing
Family Therapy & Family Skills Groups
Rebuilding communication, trust, and connection inside the family system.
We offer Family Therapy and Family Skills Groups designed to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create healthier relational patterns within the family system.
Our work supports families navigating conflict, life transitions, behavioral challenges, trauma, and emotional disconnection.
Through evidence-based therapy and practical skill-building, families learn how to regulate emotions, set boundaries, resolve conflict, and support one another with greater understanding, safety, and cohesion.
Who this is for
Families in conflict, transition, or recovery
Family work at The Trinity often begins around one person (a child or teen who is struggling, a parent carrying too much, a household reshaped by divorce or loss) and grows to include the people around them, because families heal as systems, not one member at a time.
Sessions are available in person in Fort Worth and by secure video across Texas. If a child or teen is at the center of what is happening, our child and adolescent therapy works hand in hand with family sessions.
