The work
The practice runs a neurodivergence integration service and the referrals keep coming: adults diagnosed late, people who spent thirty years being treated for anxiety that was something else, and families trying to understand a child who is not broken.
This is affirming work. The role is for someone whose frame is integration rather than correction.
