Samantha Gray serves as the Patient Relations Liaison and Intake Coordinator for The Trinity Integrative Holistic Medicine & Counseling Services LLC. She is often the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking support and is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming, and stress-free experience from the very first interaction.

Samantha helps guide clients through the intake process, answers questions about services, scheduling, and insurance, and works closely with our clinical team to ensure clients are matched with the provider who best fits their needs. Her compassionate approach, strong organizational skills, and commitment to exceptional client care help make the transition into therapy feel comfortable and supported.

Dedicated to making mental health care more accessible, Samantha serves as a bridge between clients and clinicians, helping individuals navigate the process with confidence and ease. She believes that healing begins with feeling heard, valued, and connected to the right support.
